Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions (11)

Activity name

Q: Can I earn rewards on every booking I make?
A:

Yes, you will earn rewards on every booking made directly on our website.

Q: Can I use my rewards on your other sites?
A:

Yes. One account and one rewards balance work across all our participating sites, including cooldestinations.com. Rewards earned on one site can be redeemed on any of the others.

Q: Why are my rewards pending?
A:

When you make a booking that is eligible for Cool Rewards, the amount of rewards earned will remain in a “pending” state until the travel date has passed. Within 24 hours of travel date, the rewards will be available to use.

Q: Can I use only rewards to pay for a booking?
A:

There is no minimum order value required to redeem your rewards. This means that you can pay for 100% of your order with rewards.

Q: What happens if a booking where I used rewards at the checkout is canceled for some reason?
A:

If rewards are redeemed against a booking and that booking is canceled or refunded, these rewards will be reissued to your account.

Q: Can I earn/redeem rewards in a different currency?
A:

Yes, your rewards will automatically converted to the currency you selected.

Q: Can I use my rewards and a discount code at the same time?
A:

Yes, Cool Rewards can be used in conjunction with a promo code.

Q: Do I have to use my available rewards?
A:

While available rewards are automatically applied at checkout, you can choose not to use them by switching them off.

Q: Can I just use some of my available rewards on a booking?
A:

No, if you choose to apply available rewards at checkout, we will automatically use the maximum amount possible.

Q: Will my rewards change if my booking is amended?
A:

If the changes you make to your booking change the price, then your rewards earned will also change. If you add additional people or choose a more expensive option, your reward amount earned will increase. However, if you edit your booking and the price decreases, the value of the rewards will also decrease.

Q: How do I see my rewards balance?
A:

Log in to your Cool Zurich account and open My Wallet. Your balance is the same on every participating site.
